- The following are excluded from the guarantee: Batteries and replaceable lamps; overvoltage damage (e.g.lightning strike); damage to products due to force majeure; damage that does not impair the function of the product, e.g. scratches, tears, dents, bumps, paint damages, damages to the decorative equipment, etc.
- Natural reductions in luminosity and changes to light color during operation are also excluded. Both effects are a result of the technology and represent the state of the art. Failures of electronic operating devices and LED modules that fall within the nominal failure rate of 0.2%/1,000 operating hours are excluded from the guarantee.
